We carry a wide range of paints along with other products to help you bring your modeling to the next level. Check out the sections below to get a more detailed description of what we carry. I have included color charts when I could find them and links that I think may be helpful.
I want to point out something about color charts that are available online. They are useful for comparing colors and for getting a good idea of which colors will suit your project. Because of the differences in computer screens and printers that are available to most of us, the colors on the charts will never be an exact match to how the paint looks on the model. The color swatches on the racks will give a better representation of the color but doesn’t take into account the primer color that you are using. When you are picking out a new color feel free to talk to Dave. If a color has already been used on a model or scenery I would be happy to show it to you. If we already have that color opened for painting the store’s terrain and models I would be happy to let you try some of it so you can see how it looks. As always when trying out a new paint or even one you have used before on a different color primer be sure to test it out on a piece of the model that would be easy to cover in case the color doesn’t match what you are looking for.
Vallejo Paints
Vallejo Model Color
Vallejo Model Colors have become the standard for historical modelers. There are RLM and RAL equivalent colors in this line. RLM colors were the standard colors of the Luftwaffe in WW2 and RAL is a European standard developed in Germany in 1927 and expanded upon. Both are important when trying to accurately model many historical pieces. The complete line of Vallejo colors can be found here. We stock over 160 Model Color paints.
Vallejo Game Color
Vallejo Game Colors were developed for fantasy and sci-fi modeling. The Model Color line has Heavy colors, which are extra opaque, Effects, and inks in addition to the base colors. A complete list of Vallejo Game Colors can be found here.
Vallejo Weathering Products
Vallejo Pigments, Diorama Effects, and Weathering Effects all add character to your models especially vehicles and terrain. We carry all of the Pigments and many of the Diorama Effects and Weathering Effects and we are adding to our range all the time. Vallejo has a large collection of How to Use pamphlets online.

Citadel is the brand name of Games Workshop’s paint and hobby supply line. Citadel has a large paint line and they separate their paints by type and function. The categories are base, layer, shade, technical, dry, and their newest contrast. They also have an air line for airbrushing. Citadel paints are great for Games Workshop models because they design their line around the lore of their games. They are vibrant colors that suit fantasy and sci-fi modeling well. By using the different paint types together a lot of really nice effects can be achieved.
