Bolt Action
Bolt action is a platoon level WW2 historical simulation game using 28mm figures. The standard game is a battle between infantry platoons with vehicle and artillery support but there are rules for playing an armored platoon. One cool thing that Warlord Games did was to develop Konflikt ’47 which is an alternate reality game based on WW2. Most of the mid to late war units for Bolt Action are also used in Konflikt ’47.

Konflikt ’47 is a alternate reality game based off of WW2. The premise is that nuclear testing on both sides opened rifts into other dimensions. Messages from these dimensions provided plans and technology to create super weapons and soldiers. The rules are similar but different enough that it’s a different game. Many of the models from Bolt Action are used in Konflikt ’47 which gives two games to play for not a lot more than one.
